Robotica: Humanoid and Service Robots
Crowds for Robotica 2011, the third edition of the only Italian event dedicated to humanoid and service robots which ended Saturday, 19 November, at Fieramilano-Rho and took place within a series of manifestations dedicated to renewable energies (EnerSolar) and high-technology (HTE), completely organized by Artenergy Publishing, and visited by 31,400 operators from 75 countries (an increase of 7% from 2010).
A doubled number of exhibitors and a tripled exhibition area compared to the last edition represented the great success of Robotica2011, an event that continues to grow and gain unanimous positive feedback as a now permanent loosening of borders not only between the worlds of research and industry, but also between these and the increasingly motivated public.
The proof also comes from the attention that the world of the media dedicated to the Milanese event, through thorough articles in both the print and online versions of top national newspapers and clips from popular television news channels (Tg1, Tg5, TGR Lombardia), as well as in various more specific niche categories (Tg3 Pixel, Tg Leonardo, Crash di Rai Educational, Prodotto Italia), and on the radio (Caterpillar di Rai Radio2).
Robotica will come back from 3 to 5 October 2012 at fieramilanocity (Milan Exhibition Centre).
